With over 70 years combined experience in the hospitality and construction industries, Directors Cameron, Michael, and John identified a gap in the market for an end-to-end solution. Each coming from varied specialised backgrounds, delivery, manufacturing, and trade services respectively, they crossed paths for many years. They worked together on various iconic projects across Sydney but noticed the industry has too many moving parts which significantly impacts quality, programme, and budget. In 2021, Cameron, Michael and John came together to bring their vision to life. Their desire to work their specialised areas together, they founded D&C Catering.

D&C Catering’s most significant point of difference is the passion our Directors have for the hospitality industry and the fact they are at the top of their game within their own area of speciality: Delivery, Manufacturing and Trade Services. Furthermore, we service Australia-wide including regional areas.

Our ability to offer a premium end-to-end service stems from our in-house capabilities. We have our own stainless steel manufacturing and installation business and plumbing services. This means we have full control over timeframes, budget and most important quality assurance.

With in-house hospitality designers and draftsman, to our extensive knowledge of equipment and installation, we have the expertise to ensure your space is built to budget, on time and complies with Australian Standards AS4674-2004 - design, construction and fit-out of food premises.
