CONCEPT DESIGN & FITOUT DRAWINGS
Our in-house hospitality designers and draftsman have years of expertise in custom design of commercial kitchens and bars for restaurants, pubs and bars, hotels, care homes, schools, colleges, and the public sector.
We’re not hospitality interior designers, we purely specilaise in the design of the inside boundary of a commercial kitchen and bar space, specifiying equipment, layout, elevations, service plans and the lot.
Assisting you right from the start to translate your concept ideas to fitout drawings, we first examine your space to determine optimal use and management. We look to gain an in-depth understanding of your business model and visual goals for the space to create a solution which balances functional operation with visual appeal.
We provide drawings in AutoCAD format with plan and elevation views.

Our passion and knowledge of equipment has been gained from many years working in the food service sector. This gives our clients the reassurance that we are recommending fit for purpose equipment, from refrigeration and cool rooms to cooking appliances.
BUILD & INSTALLATION
Our sound understanding of the Building Code of Australia requirements ensures your premises complies with Australian Standards AS4674- 2004 - design, construction and fit-out of food premises.
Our experienced project management team are here to ensure the project runs smoothly and to programme. Every project has a budget, so we pay close attention to controlling the budget and communicating variations early and backed by solutions, not problems. One of our biggest priorities for every project is safety and quality, you can rest assure that you are in safe hands when working with us.

Founded by Director Michael Deakin in 2012, MKD Stainless & Installations provides D&C Catering a significant advantage in the industry. We can manage quality, be price competitive and control timeframes on all our projects. MKD specialises in fabricating and installing a broad range of custom stainless-steel items for commercial and residential use. Our products sit competitively in the market, are high quality and made in Australia.
Groove Plumbing was founded by Director of Service, John O’Connor. With over 25 years experience Groove Plumbing are the preferred plumber for the maintenance and construction of some of Australia’s and Sydney’s most prominent hotels and restaurants such as ALH Group, Australian Venue Co, IRIS, Sydney Collective, Ryan’s Hotel Group, W.Short Hospitality, Lotus Dinning Group and Reward Hospitality.
We believe in creating long-term relationships, most of our clients have been working with us since the early 2000’s including ALH Group, Australian Venue Co/Keystone Hospitality and W.Short Hospitality.
